A Joyous Experience
A vibrant, Christ-centered community witnessing God’s love for all people in Annandale and around the world.
"There's power in love. There's power in love to help and heal when nothing else can. There's power in love to lift up and liberate when nothing else will. There's power in love to show us the way to live."Presiding Bishop Michael Curry
Dust off your crock pot and your recipe book because the Annual Chili Cook-off is coming up Saturday, February 1st, starting at 5pm in our Parish Hall. This annual St. Alban’s tradition promises a good and tasty time for all. You can enter a chili, cornbread, and/or brownie (new!) — or, if you’re not a chef, come enjoy some great food and help us pick the winners! Everyone is welcome. Learn more here.
Join Deacon Theresa for a three-week discussion of Love Your Enemies: How Decent People Can Save America from a Culture of Contempt. The discussion will be held on three consecutive Mondays starting January 27 in Room 11 at 7pm. Snacks will be provided. The book is available at Fairfax County Libraries, as an e-book from Amazon and Barnes and Noble, and in hardcover. Please RSVP to Deacon Theresa by Sunday, January 26, if you plan to attend.
