The Parish Hall at St. Alban’s is an affordable facility for your next celebration or event. It’s the perfect setting for birthday parties, reunions, receptions, quinceañera celebrations – any social event. Our Hall is great for large business meetings, and dance teams of all kinds, athletic programs and exercise classes have also met in our Parish Hall.
Our Parish Hall can accommodate 148 seated guests (with tables and chairs) or 316 guests with chairs only. Our stage has a baby grand piano, theater lighting, and an electric, motorized projection screen.
We have four levels of pricing. All organizations or individuals who rent or use our Parish Hall will be required to pay a refundable cleaning and replacement security deposit.
All rentals and fees charged are at the discretion of the St. Alban’s rector.

Special Pricing Tiers
501(c)(3) Charitable Organizations
We have special rates for charitable and non-profit organziations. Please contact our parish administrator at 703-256-2966, or email [email protected] for pricing for 501(c)(3) organizations. You must present your IRS 501(c)(3) affirmation letter to our parish administrator to receive the charitable organization rate.
