KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that I, the undersigned, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Paul Benjamin Moberly my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, and on my behalf, to sign, seal, acknowledge and deliver any instruments of writing or do all such acts which may be necessary and proper to exercise temporary responsibility for me while I am traveling to and from Davis, West Virginia, and other sites of work and recreation in and around Davis, West Virginia, and Parsons, West Virginia, from the period on or about June 28, 2023 through June 30, 2023.
My said attorney is hereby authorized to make decisions for me, the undersigned, to the same extent as I can, including, but not limited to authorizing and overseeing medical care as necessary. I hereby declare that all and every of the contracts, deeds, applications, matters and things which shall be by my said attorney given, conveyed or done for the aforesaid purposes shall be as good, valid, and effectual as if they had been signed, sealed, acknowledged and delivered by me in my own proper person, and I hereby undertake at all times to ratify whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do, or cause to be done in or concerning the premises by virtue of these presents.
